•Common issues and troubleshooting steps:
•Symptom: The heater will not ignite/ Burns then dies
•Possible reason: Not igniting the unit correctly
•Solution: Follow the ignition instruction as indicated in the manual. Units must have sufficient gas in the system
•Possible reason: The Gas cylinder is over filled (this will only be the case if it is a newly refilled cylinder).
•Solution: Purge the cylinder (release some of the gas – open fully for 10 – 15 seconds. Repeat twice)
•Possible reason: Loose thermocouple
•Solution: Tighten thermocouple with a number 8 spanner
